All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that:

7. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

• Standard delivery: 5 to 8 working days.

• Express delivery: 2 to 3 working days (where available).

• Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.

• International shipping is currently not available.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

 

8. Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day easy return and exchange policy from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging.

• Sale items, stitched orders, and customised products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

• Returns due to colour variation from screen display are not accepted.

• Shipping charges for returns are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

9. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photographs of the item and packaging

• A description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you after verification.
